Sakshi Malvankar

Sakshi Malvankar

Sakshi is a dedicated professional with 2 years of experience in the field of sports. She holds a master’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition, bringing a deep understanding of the physiological and nutritional aspects of athletic performance. With a background as a state and national level baseball player herself, Sakshi possesses firsthand experience in competitive sports.

Additionally, she is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, demonstrating her passion for physical fitness and movement beyond the realm of sports. Sakshi’s vision is to empower athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

She believes in a holistic approach to athlete development, focusing not only on physical training but also on mental resilience, nutritional support, and overall well-being. Sakshi’s
mission is to provide personalized guidance and support to athletes at all levels, from grassroots to elite, helping them achieve their athletic goals while promoting long-term health
and wellness.

Strength and Conditioning Team

HEAD COACH - Mayank Deo

With over 10 years of experience in the field of strength and conditioning, Mayank is a renowned expert dedicated to maximizing athletic performance and achieving peak fitness levels. A trusted coach among professional athletes worldwide, Mayank has a proven track record of success in training elite athletes across various sports disciplines.

Having worked extensively with professional cricket players, Mayank has played a pivotal role in the development and performance of athletes who have competed in the prestigious Indian Premier League (IPL) and represented the Indian cricket team on the international stage. His expertise extends to the realm of football, where he has trained international legends such as Deco, Giggs, and Scholes.

In the realm of powerlifting, Mayank has coached athletes to victory on the world stage, with numerous medals secured at both World Championships and Asia Pacific Championships. His dedication to pushing boundaries and unlocking human potential has propelled his athletes to new heights of strength and athleticism.
Beyond cricket, football, and powerlifting, Mayank has also made significant contributions to the success of nationally and internationally ranked tennis players. Through personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and goals, he has helped athletes excel in their respective sports and achieve remarkable results.

Mayank has attended the Australian Strength and Conditioning Level 1 certification program, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and excellence in the field. He has furthered his expertise with a CrossFit Level 2 certificate completed in Paris, France, and has collaborated with Olympic weightlifting coaches in Barcelona, Spain, honing his skills and expanding his knowledge base.

COACH - Prateeq Kishor Chaudhary

Prateeq Kishor Chaudhary is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach specializing in developing tailored training programs for athletes aged 14 to 22. His expertise focuses on building foundational strength, improving speed and reaction time, and enhancing sport-specific performance, particularly in basketball and rugby.

A strong advocate for injury prevention and rehabilitation, Prateeq addresses common issues such as ligament strains, weak joints, and muscular imbalances. By incorporating periodized training cycles, he ensures athletes progress safely through stages of preparation, strength-building, and peak performance.

With a solid background in biomechanics and rehabilitation, Prateeq is passionate about helping athletes recover from setbacks like weak ankle ligaments or coccyx pain while optimizing their overall performance. His programs effectively balance strength-building and hypertrophy, empowering athletes to not only recover but excel in their sports.

Prateeq’s holistic approach emphasizes long-term athletic development, resilience, and individualized support. Whether preparing for competitions or overcoming specific challenges, his coaching is rooted in science and designed to help athletes unlock their full potential.

Milee Jakhariya

We prioritize the holistic development of our students, and as part of our commitment to their well-being, we have a skilled physiotherapist who plays a crucial role in ensuring their physical health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Below, we will explain the essential role of the physiotherapist in our boarding school and how they contribute to the success and well-being of our young athletes.

In-house Physiotherapist

 1. Injury Prevention:

In the realm of sports, injuries can be common occurrences. However, our physiotherapist is instrumental in mitigating the risks associated with athletic activities. They work proactively with students, coaches, and staff members to develop customized injury prevention strategies. These strategies may include warm-up and cool-down exercises, flexibility and strength training programs, and guidance on proper techniques and body mechanics during training sessions and competitions.

2. EarlyDetection and Assessment:

Our physiotherapist is trained to identify early signs of potential injuries or underlying musculoskeletal issues. They conduct regular screenings and assessments to evaluate students’ physical condition, flexibility, and joint mobility. By detecting any issues at an early stage, they can intervene promptly and implement appropriate treatment plans, thus preventing minor issues from developing into more significant problems.

Milee Jakhariya is a dedicated sports physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Vadodara and a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. A proud Gujarati, she cherishes her cultural roots and enjoys celebrating Navratri by participating in the vibrant dance form of Garba. Beyond her profession, Milee is an avid traveler and music enthusiast who finds joy in exploring diverse experiences.

Her journey into physiotherapy was inspired by a passion for fitness and sports, leading her to specialize in helping athletes excel by preventing and rehabilitating injuries. Milee is deeply committed to supporting athletes in achieving peak performance while ensuring they remain injury-free.
