Mr. Earnest Billy Graham
Head Cricket Coach at Corvuss American Academy
With over a decade of playing and coaching cricket across India, Bahrain, and Dubai, Earnest Billy Graham brings a structured, high-performance approach to player development at Corvuss American Academy.
His coaching foundation was shaped at the Whatmore Centre in Chennai working directly under Dav Whatmore, World Cup wining coach & one of the most respected coaches in world cricket. That experience defined his understanding of what elite coaching looks like technically precise, tactically sharp and built around the individual player.
From there, he went on to serve as Head Coach at the High Performance Cricket Academy in Bahrain, Head Coach at Dubai Capitals VAY Cricket Academy, and Assistant Coach with the ILT20 Development Team professional T20 cricket at its highest level. Across these roles, he designed training programs, built player development pathways and worked with athletes from grassroots level all the way to performance squads.
Working as Lead Coach for VPCC under the mentorship of Jatin Paranjape significantly enhanced my understanding of the game and my coaching approach. It helped me develop sharper tactical awareness, improve player management, and deliver more structured, impactful sessions. Being part of multiple Level Up camps at VPCC further strengthened my experience in high-performance coaching environments.
As a player, he competed in the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association league and the Bahrain Cricket Federation giving him a firsthand understanding of what competitive cricket demands.

Technical work across batting, bowling, and fielding broken down, coached correctly and drilled under match conditions. Video analysis as a regular part of the training cycle, so players understand their own game. And consistent match exposure against quality opposition, because fitness and skill mean nothing if you can’t perform when it matters.

Cricket is a game of skill, discipline, and decision making under pressure. Coach Earnest’s approach is built around all three.
Technical foundations come first because technique that breaks down under pressure is no technique at all. Then the tactical layer how to read a game, how to build pressure, how to make the right decision at the right moment. And always, the mental side confidence, focus, and the ability to perform in real match situations.
The goal at Corvuss is straightforward to develop cricketers who are skilled, match-ready, and capable of competing at higher levels.
