What can you expect?

A heart rate management training schedule. We apply building aerobic capacity through quality heart rate zonal work with speed utilization, focusing on understanding various speed paces required from swimmers in racing.

Corvuss Aquatic program design consists of assisting swimmers to train at race pace with a swim-meet specific management.

We require swimmers to develop and improve their understanding of technique and feel of the water, as well as applying these scientific truths to their race experience.

The rule of specificity in science is at the core of our aquatic program, therefore we firmly believe swimmers should race regularly and often.

How do we achieve this?

High Definition video frame-by-frame precise feedback with technique development and capturing training data to analyze and measure daily. Our data science is highly accurate and extremely detailed. From turn speed to stroke speed on all four competitive strokes and IM training, Tritonwear provides Corvuss swimmers with real precise swim data to identify weak points in their swimming.
