Program Outline

Training and Coursework Breakdown:

Sports Training: 20 hours/week, including skill drills, tactical gameplay, and physical conditioning.
Academic Coursework: 12 hours/week, focusing on in-depth learning in the chosen elective subject.
Sports Science and Individual Assessments: 6 hours/week, covering fitness analysis, injury prevention, and personalized growth tracking.
