Message from HOA

I have always been very passionate about sports and education. As a former athlete myself, and having educated several aspiring athletes in my previous school, I truly understand the mission and vision behind Corvuss American Academy.  When I heard about the opportunity to lead a school integrating sports and academics, it immediately peeked my interest. After understanding the vision and requirements by the Board of the School, I am convinced that I have the expertise and leadership skills to fulfil them and ensure each student at our Academy reaches their fullest potential.

As an educational leader I will use my experience  to create an environment where youth are trained to become global citizens with proficiency in their chosen sport and with the academic rigour needed to get into the college of their choice.

What personally stood out to me is our unique ability as a school to address an area in the educational landscape in India vis a vis students having an environment where sports and academics coexist and thrive. Students do not have to choose one or the other. They can develop their passion for sport irrespective of their level of proficiency without having to sacrifice on the quality and rigour of their academics.

With my boarding school experience of over 25 years as an educational leader I aim to bring pastoral care to the forefront of our school by moulding our students into future global leaders. All the students will benefit from the warm, positive atmosphere in their dorms. Health, wellbeing and safety is at the heart of everything we do and safeguarding the children in our care is my number one priority.

Collectively with my motivated and experienced teachers, coaches and administrative staff we are committed to education that is inclusive, holistic, progressive and pioneering. Lessons learnt in the classroom transfer to the sports field and lessons learnt on the sports field transfer to the classroom.

I aim to build a robust bond and a vibrant channel of communication between the students, parents and faculty to help Corvuss reach grater heights of success.
